REGISTRATION FORM

To book your workshop, please read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, select your level of ability, choose your preferred date(s), fill out the form with your contact details, and send us the form. NOTE: We do not require you to submit your credit card details online. We will contact you by return email to confirm your booking and advise methods for payment and the location for your workshop.

Location

All workshops will take place in and around Discovery Bay. The theory and post-processing sessions will be held in Nick’s studio; the outdoor photography sessions will be held in the Discovery Bay area: DBay itself, Nim Shue Wan, Peng Chau.

Once you have registered to reserve your place in your preferred workshop, you will be advised of the address of Nick’s studio, with instructions on how to get there.

Cost

All single day workshops cost HK$2500.00. A 10% discount applies if you book for two or more days.

For this all-inclusive price, you’ll receive a minimum of 8 hours’ tuition and guidance; morning and afternoon tea and light refreshments while in the studio; course notes; and one A3-sized professional quality print of your best image from the workshop (Day 2 attendees only). You could also receive framing of that print, if you’re judged to have produced the best shot of the weekend! (You must attend both Day 1 and Day 2 of a workshop to be eligible.)

Terms & Conditions – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
  • All workshops will be conducted in English. To get the most out of the weekend, it’s important that you’re fluent in this language.
  • Workshop attendees should be aged 18 or above. Registrations from persons aged below 18 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please indicate in the Special Needs field below if you are under 18.
  • All workshops will be staged in small groups for the maximum impact of Nick’s tuition, so PLACES ARE LIMITED.
  • Places will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Your place is reserved by the submission of this Registration Form, but will only be secured on receipt of your payment in full.
  • We will advise you of payment methods, and confirm your workshop date, by return email as soon as possible after receiving your Registration, and we encourage you to make payment promptly to secure your place.
  • You may lose your reserved place if payment is not received 14 days before your chosen workshop date.
  • You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to the date of your chosen workshop date without penalty; if you have paid, you will be refunded in full.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your chosen workshop date, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the full workshop fee.
  • If you fail to show up to your chosen workshop, and you have not given us prior notice, you will not be entitled to any refund.
  • Once you have paid and secured your place, your chosen workshop date can be changed without penalty, but only if there is a place available on an alternative date.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone workshops if the number of registrants is below a practical minimum, or in the event of persistent heavy rain or the hoisting of the No. 8 Typhoon Warning Signal.
  • In the event of cancellation or postponement, you will be entitled to a full refund of the workshop fee, or you may choose to attend the workshop on an alternative date.

Dates

Please select your choice for workshop dates below. Beginners and Intermediate workshops are run over two days, a week apart. To share your workshop with the same group of students, choose from Group A or B. However, you can mix your days in different Groups if you desire; the content will be identical.

9am – 6pm is the nominal duration of each day. Some days may run later, according to the demand of the day’s activities.
